Jogging is well-known as the best way to improving aerobic fitness. But what if you are going to home isolation, and the race is just right after that?

Aerobic Block Contralateral Circuit Station Training

There is a way you could train at home without interruption.

The contralateral circuit training is a block of resistance training. You may not feel extremely hard, but your heart and the vascular system has to work harder to pump blood all over your body.

  • It's aimed at the heart and vascular system, so keep your heart rate at 120~170 beats per minute. If you don't have a heart rate monitor, just keep singing a song.
  • Your dumbbell should be workable at least 12~20 moves.

What is contralateral training?

It means that opposite sides of the body work together to coordinate the right arm and left leg, then the left arm and right leg. The bear crawling, walking, running, and swimming are also examples.
